The project involved full demolition and strip-out of the previous tenant fit-out, including the removal of mezzanines and office spaces, followed by asbestos removal and extensive civil and groundwork operations.

Works also included full MEP design and installation, a new roof and guttering system, dock leveller installations, insulated shutters, and resin coating to the warehouse floor. Externally, repairs and decoration were carried out to improve the overall building envelope.

Internally, we completed a Grade A office fit-out, alongside the installation of fire doors, new entrance systems, and windows, ensuring full compliance with current building regulations.
