A full internal and external refurbished 5,000 sq. ft industrial warehouse located in Coventry. Works included stripping out an internal steel mezzanine within the warehouse which housed a large ancillary block. Other key works consisted of but were not limited to the following; roof repairs, gutter coatings, new skylights, cladding, new windows, decorations, fire lining, asbestos removal, new sanitary, drainage alterations, new kitchenette, electrical & mechanical testing & upgrades.
