The premises comprised a two storey detached office block, brick construction with large glazed windows to the front, side and rear elevations. Works included full strip out; Full Electrical Rewire; New mechanical installations; Tiling; Suspended Ceilings; Fire stopping; Air Conditioning Installations; Internal & External Decorations; Soft Flooring.
